Quality products can only be built using the best people and sound engineering. At CP, each engineer boasts on average more than 15 years of experience with AC and DC power distribution systems, designing circuit breakers, switchgear systems and related components.

The branches of CP Engineering are divided into:
- Application Engineering (Bid Preparation) - Product Development
- Project Engineering - Design (Mechanical / Electrical)

CP engineers provide all drawings in electronic format using the latest available version of AutoCAD. However, if using a different drawing software package, CP designers can convert all drawings to match your system.

Once an order is received, a Project Engineer is assigned to work personally with you from initial design until project completion. This assures that the project is done to your complete specifications. Because each engineer is responsible for both electrical and mechanical design, they can work with you to lower costs and improve safety and equipment layout.

CP Project Engineers have a broad background in designing electrical systems using General Electric, Cutler Hammer, or Siemens circuit breakers. Experienced in both AC and DC electrical systems, their work is backed by design experience with switchgear equipment including as transformers, bus duct, battery systems, communication systems, etc. as well as the integration of various electrical equipment into climatized substation enclosures.

Along with CP's complete in-house testing facilities, CP can perform short circuit analysis and relay coordination for the systems we design and manufacture, ensuring optimum performance.
